Les Nouveaux Éditeurs is an independent, free-standing group of publishing houses united by a total dedication to their authors and to the values of freedom and innovation.
Our mission is to offer all publishing talents who are so inclined an opportunity to develop their editorial project by launching their publishing house in association with our group.
We will support them by providing protection, assistance and financing, in a relationship driven by professionalism and a shared sense of purpose.
We plan to adopt an entrepreneurial culture combining the best of what a modern organization has to offer and a « boutique » spirit whereby each author, each project will be given the highest degree of attention.

Independence and Entrepreneurship
Freedom to publish is the guiding principle of our undertaking.
That is why publishers are the cornerstones of our business model. We offer them an opportunity to become entrepreneurs by owning a significant stake in the capital of their publishing house.
Their editorial freedom is guaranteed by a specific bylaw included in each corporate charter that will ensure their ability to select and edit whatever work they want to publish, free of interference of any kind. -
Transparency and Fairness
A trusting and even-sided relationship between authors and their publisher is central to our project.
Consequently, we are committed to aligning our contracts with the most favorable terms available in the industry.
We want each author to be fully apprised of and involved in the life of his or her work, and to receive timely and fair compensation. -
Sustainability and eco-system friendliness
We are aware of the essential role booksellers play in the publishing eco-system: They are both mentors and guides to an audience in search of the thrill of discovery.
Accordingly, we will apply our best efforts to supporting them with a streamlined production and bespoke customer service. Thus every one of our books will find its rightful place on the shelves of bookstores and contribute to the sustainability of the whole eco-system. -

We wish to contribute to shaping a world in which everyone, every day, finds the time to open a book and let his or her mind connect with the imagination or reasoning of another human being in a way that only the act of reading can produce.
Our houses will publish works that will reflect our society, untainted by ideology – works that meet regular readers’ highest expectations and others that reach out to potential readers and non-readers so that they, too, can enjoy the magic of the printed word. -

We are convinced that technology, especially Artificial Intelligence, will deeply affect the way we operate in such fields as manufacturing, promotion and sales.
Accordingly, we will adopt leading edge solutions in order to optimize our operational processes so as to better serve our authors and reach our readers, wherever they may live and however they may shop.
That being said, we remain committed to the essence of our trade. At Les Nouveaux Éditeurs, AI will never replace the creative process. It will assist publishers in order to let them do what they do best: Edit and publish. -
