The founders
Ugo Nourry
Shareholder, Chief Operations Officer
Ugo Nourry is the eldest son of Arnaud Nourry.
Like his father, Ugo graduated from ESCP in 2014 and began his career in strategic consulting at Kearney. There, he participated in and managed significant projects for large companies in the media, consumer goods, energy, and healthcare sectors.
In 2018, driven by a desire to become an entrepreneur, Ugo co-founded Whisp, a social shopping platform for sports enthusiasts, offering an innovative way to explore and purchase sports equipment.
Two years later, he joined Luko, a neo-insurance company, to develop a new business unit that became one of the main growth drivers for the company. At Luko, he experienced the pace and energy of a rapidly growing scale-up and saw how a company culture and DNA based on technology, data, transparency, and customer satisfaction could radically transform traditionally stagnant sectors.
He then founded Graphite, a consulting firm specializing in data and artificial intelligence. Inspired by his previous experiences, his goal was to enable SMEs, for whom digital is not a core competency, to fully benefit from the power of data and AI. Graphite has supported around thirty companies, helping them master data and advanced AI technologies to create a key competitive advantage.
In 2024, Ugo left Graphite to join Les Nouveaux Éditeurs, motivated by the values and ambition of the project, his desire to learn and undertake new challenges, and the appeal of the human and family adventure that this new stage represents.
Ugo is passionate about sports, geopolitics, gastronomy, and photography.
